If you’ve got something pulling at you, and you know it’s time to take action, I’ve got a 5 Step Plan that gets awesome results whether you want to start a business, write a book, commit to working out, or have better relationships.

Here’s what we do:

Embrace Transformation.

If you’ve realized that you want to make some changes, then you’re going to have to do things differently. Obviously, the old way wasn’t working, so we’re going to switch it up. That might mean homework. Maybe meditation. Possibly changing what you eat. You might keep a journal. It’s ultimately up to you what you want to change, but don’t worry – you have all of the options! Together, we will identify your biggest stumbling blocks and make a plan to get you past them and on your way.

Let Go of Fear.

There’s no easy way around this one. We’ve all got it and it always sucks. But we will figure out where the fear hides and shine a light into the shadows to clear it out. This is real work that makes a real difference in the real world. And I will be with you 100% of the way.

Be of Service.

Where can you give back? Regardless of where you’ve been or where you’re going, you’re ultimately more successful if you find a way to put something good back into the world. Expressing your gratitude through service to others is the greatest way to guarantee abundance in any endeavor.

Plan For The Future.

Hate to break it to you, but a big part of being successful is learning to parent yourself, not #treatyoself. A lot of this is less about money, and more about loving yourself enough to gather the goods that will meet your needs in times of scarcity. You honor the future that you want by readying yourself for change. We will identify your needs (and some wants!) and decide what you need more of, and what no longer serves you that you could get rid of to lighten your load a bit.

Take Action. 

Imma say it again – TAKE ACTION! None of this means anything if you don’t do something with it. There is a mighty power in hard work and attaining a sense of accomplishment. Do not underestimate it. When it doubt, put your ideas into action. Complete a project that has been neglected. Move your body. Clean your kitchen. Taking action, consistently and with intention, will help you find alternative solutions to life’s challenges and will allow you to protect the creations you’ve put your love and energy into. We will work together to develop a code of action around choices and decisions so that you never stall out and are able to keep moving forward no matter what life throws at you.
